What is the timeframe for requesting a refund?
Students can request a refund within 14 days of the course start date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Policy Overview
Eligibility Criteria
Full refunds (except registration fee listed below) are available to students who withdraw within the first two weeks prior to the course start date, up to 24 hours before the course begins.
For programs lasting more than 40 hours (e.g., EMR, EMT), a prorated refund is available for early withdrawals, with refunds issued on an accelerated schedule ending at mid-term.
For courses lasting less than 40 hours, no refunds will be issued unless the withdrawal occurs more than 24 hours before the program start time.
Proof of payment is required to process any refund.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation. Processing times may vary based on payment method.
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
Registration fees and administrative charges are non-refundable. These fees cover initial processing and administrative costs.
Course Cancellation
If a course is canceled by International Medical Education, students will receive a full refund, including all fees paid.
Appeals Process
Students have the right to appeal a refund decision by submitting a written request within 10 days of the decision notice.
